/ Why we exist

Good care is built on knowing someone.

Amora was started on one conviction: that care only works when the same person shows up, week after week, until the routine becomes second nature.

Where it began

A deliberate decision to stay small

We built Amora as a small operation on purpose. Fewer clients, fewer caregivers — so every match is considered, and no one becomes a name on a roster.

That is not a limitation we are working to grow past. It is the whole point.

How we choose caregivers

Chosen for who they are, matched for fit

We do not fill shifts from a pool. We look for people who listen well and stay curious about the person in front of them — then we match carefully, not quickly.

Real people are ready to talk

If you want to understand how a match actually works — or just need someone to talk through your situation with — we are here for that conversation.
