We built Amora as a small operation on purpose. Fewer clients, fewer caregivers — so every match is considered, and no one becomes a name on a roster.
That is not a limitation we are working to grow past. It is the whole point.

We do not fill shifts from a pool. We look for people who listen well and stay curious about the person in front of them — then we match carefully, not quickly.
